The Spezia Academy project continues with great enthusiasm; throughout April, the club’s coaching staff from Via Melara have been visiting the training facilities of affiliated clubs as part of an ongoing process of dialogue and collaboration designed to encourage the sharing of experiences, methodologies and technical insights between the Aquilotti coaching staff and clubs across the Spezia area.
Thursday 23 April proved particularly significant, as managers and coaches from the affiliated clubs were guests of Spezia Calcio at the ‘Bruno Ferdeghini’ Sports Centre to attend a training session led by the Aquilotti youth sector’s Technical Director, Massimiliano Maddaloni, and to observe the Under-13s’ training session first-hand on the pitch.
Starting today, the visits scheduled for May will begin, following the same organisational structure, with each session introduced by a pre-training technical briefing, during which the session’s objectives will be explained to coaches and players, before continuing on the pitch with the full training session led by Spezia Calcio’s coaches, from the initial warm-up right through to the final match.
