At the end of the match, the word goes to Aquile center-back Riccardo Sganzerla: "We knew how difficult today's match would be and how strong their attack is. We played well, we are on the right track: we must keep playing like this, and we are trying to pay great attention to the defensive phase.
The first half was balanced, then we did well to come out on top in the long run, putting our concepts on the pitch and raising the intensity, so I think in the end it is a deserved win.
At the start we had to get the measure of their vertical play, a fundamental in which they are very good. We had prepared to play this kind of match, we knew what our opponents would do, as they are a very strong team. Still, I think we did well to limit them as much as possible."
