They are a good team, who play a proactive football and who arrive at Picco in a very good period of form and results, but we must do nothing but look at home, have confidence in our boys and be more cynical, trying to be more concrete in both phases. I think the boys at this moment are understanding what I demand of them and they are implementing it, so I know it will be a difficult match, but I know we will play our part with courage and determination, giving everything to be able to snatch the three points.
Both Wiśniewski and Esposito needed to make a path and they did so in a positive way. They have earned the chance to play as starters and make a positive contribution to the team and I am happy with what they are doing. I liked both of them in Genova, they are growing and getting more and more fit match after match.

He has important qualities, he's only conditioned by a few physical problems and every week he has to be assessed, but I'm happy for him and for us, we must try to get as many players as possible to be decisive in goal, also because in Genova we created a lot, but we didn't manage to materialise".
