Spezia Calcio continues to invest in a greener future by sharing its passion for the Eagles and the history of the Club with the next generation.
For the very first time, a preschool visited the Stadio Alberto Picco: this morning, two classes from Prato Verde Preschool in the Chiappa neighborhood were welcomed as special guests. The young fans, ages three to five, took part in a guided stadium tour organized by the Club’s communication team. They explored the most exclusive areas of the facility and eventually made their way down to the pitch, where, supported by youth academy coaches Mattia Terenzoni and Pietro Napoletano, they took part in motor skill games on the very grass where the Aquile usually take center stage.
It was a memorable experience for the excited boys and girls, many of whom proudly wore the colors and kits of their hometown team. Before heading home, the children posed for a group photo beneath the Curva Ferrovia, a must for these future fans, and each received a keepsake from the day, along with a story to tell their parents, seen through wide-eyed wonder only children can bring.
A key role was once again played by the Municipality of La Spezia, which, as it does every year, supported the “Scuole al Picco” initiative, now a cornerstone of the many activities promoted by the Club headquartered on Via Melara.
