Second appointment of Scuole al Picco, the format dedicated to very young Aquilotti fans, which this season can also count on the Patronage of the City of La Spezia. Designed for elementary school classes, the basis of the project is the desire to educate the new generations through the promotion of the positive culture of sports, highlighting its values such as passion, loyalty, respect, fun and teamwork.
The protagonists of this second event were the children of the first and second classes of the elementary school Pia Casa di Misericordia, who after being welcomed at the stadium reached the Distinti sector, where they collected the testimony of a special guest, Diego del Mancino, assistant coach of the Under 17 team, who told them about his own experience in the world of soccer and in the Aquilotto Club.
The young pupils were then put to the test with a short quiz all about Spezia Calcio, earning numerous Spezia Calcio-branded gadgets, which filled with joy the approximately eighty youngsters who took part in the day in the temple of La Spezia soccer.
The event then concluded with penalty kicks on the Picco turf and a group group photo in the Curva Ferrovia, where the children experienced the thrill of treading the steps of the beating heart of Spezia's fans, singing the anthem "Non siete soli" and admiring the panoramic view of the Alberto Picco from above. At the end of the day, a new big surprise for the very young Spezia fans: in fact, all the participants in the "Scuole al Picco" project will be guests of the club in one of the next home matches, to experience the stadium also with the magical atmosphere that only Spezia fans can give".
