Coach Claudio Terzi's words at the end of the match: "We knew that coming to play in Cosenza would not be easy, on a complicated pitch, where they make home games their weapon, their strong point, because it is really difficult to play on such a small pitch. We settled into what should have been our game quite well, conceding practically nothing, and on the only occasion we did concede, we conceded a goal. It's true that we could have done better in that situation, been more focused and aggressive, although it must be said that we had created a great scoring opportunity earlier that we failed to capitalize on.
In the second half, however, we were the only ones playing, trying to recover from a match that saw us undeservedly behind in the score. We tried everything we could, but we were unable to capitalize on the opportunities we had. Unfortunately, we suffered an undeserved defeat based on what we saw on the pitch, because we certainly played better than Cosenza, but unfortunately that's football. This mustn't change our approach, because we're doing important things. We were on a winning streak, so we're disappointed about this setback. Even a draw would have been important to give us continuity, but now we just have to rest for a day and then immediately start thinking about the game against Catanzaro, where it will be important to get back on track in the standings. We mustn't dwell on it too much. We suffered a defeat, but we put in a good performance, so we'll start again from here."
