Coach Terzi's comments: “This is a difficult defeat to comment on because the team prepared well for the match. We started strong, playing a great first half without conceding, scoring two beautiful goals, and creating several other chances—the first-half dominance was total.
In the second half, Avellino didn’t do anything particularly dangerous but returned with more determination and focus, immediately putting us under pressure due to some of our errors. Their first goal came from a long ball by the goalkeeper, and we didn’t cover properly; the second came from a set piece where we left three players free, and finally, we conceded a penalty for the 3-2.
It’s disappointing because we played an important first half, and there were no signs that the match could change. But when the game gets messy, we struggle—that’s a limit we need to work on, as we create many chances and score many goals. It’s a shame to end with a loss".
