A new journey to discover the Alberto Picco stadium took place this afternoon, with young soccer players from Foce as guests.
During this visit to the renovated facility on Viale Fieschi, the young champions from Foce were treated to an unmissable tour of the stadium, accompanied by their managers, to visit the symbolic locations of the brand new Picco stadium.
From the changing rooms to the media areas and the brand new hospitality area, where the significance of the white jersey and the historical values of the club were discussed, with a particular focus on the exploits of the “Champions of 1944,” after whom the stadium's grandstand is named. Finally, a group photo was taken under the Curva Ferrovia, the beating heart of Spezia's fan base.
It was a memorable day, discovering the Alberto Picco stadium, now a benchmark in Italy for innovation and modernity, learning interesting facts about the world of Spezia and its history, and emphasizing from an early age what it means to wear the Aquile jersey.
