In this regard, the opening internship reserved for the technical and sports area managers of the fourteen clubs in the La Spezia area, organized by the Eagles Youth Sector as part of the renewed Academy project, was held in recent days, with as many as fifty presidents, directors, secretaries and instructors taking part.
An afternoon spent between the classroom and the field, punctuated by the speeches of the Organizational Director of the Eagles Youth Sector, Davide Caliaro, the Head of the Youth Sector, Stefano Ghisleni, the Head of the Spezia Academy, Diego Rognini, the Head of Basic Activities, Paolo Rovani, the Head of Technical Basic Activities, Maurizio Pertusi, the Head of the Performance Area, Luca Picasso and the coach of the Under 16 training of the youth sector, Gianni Migliorini.
The renewed Spezia Academy project will continue at a brisk pace, through training on the green rectangle of the technical staff of the affiliated clubs, which will be followed by in-depth classroom courses and days dedicated to the various affiliates, at the "Bruno Ferdeghini" Training Center.
Spezia Academy, however, does not intend to stop only at the territory of La Spezia, and in this regard, contacts and collaboration with clubs outside the borders of the province continue, in order to make the family of affiliates more and more enlarged, heterogeneous and competitive, so as to increase more and more the aspect of sharing ideas and methodologies, through a healthy and constructive confrontation, and with the young athlete at the center of the technical and human project.
