Spezia Calcio reports that it has reached an agreement to extend the contract linking player Mbala Nzola to the via Melara club, now expiring on June 30, 2026.
The Angolan player, born in 1996, has made a total of 97 appearances with the Eagles, scoring 35 goals in official matches to date, including the 13 goals scored in the current championship, thus earning an eternal place in the club's history among the best scorers of all time, being in 14th position for goals scored in all competitions and in 13th position, considering only the goals scored in league matches.
The best scorer in Serie A in the history of Spezia Calcio, among the heroes of the promotion to the top flight and of the two subsequent consecutive salvations, Nzola is now an established flag of the club, and with the white jersey on he has experienced a long journey marked by important and exciting goals, going from the third goal scored in the return playoff semifinal against Chievo in Serie B, to the three-point goal in the historic first home win against Inter, last March 10.
