The third training session organised by Spezia Calcio took place at the ‘Rino Capellazzi’ Multipurpose Hall of the Bruno Ferdeghini Sports Centre.
‘Growing up as athletes: health, development and prevention in adolescents who play sports’, held by Dr Gianluca Boggio, doctor of the Primavera Aquilotta, was very well attended by families and young people who are about to enter or are going through adolescence. The meeting aimed to help participants understand how their bodies work and how to train in a healthy way to grow up in good health, both as young people and as athletes going through a crucial phase of physical and mental growth.
