The players are working up a sweat and training at high intensity on the fields at Follo’s “Comunale” stadium, where Coach Turati’s Eagles gathered again today for another double training session.
In the morning, the team was split into two groups, which alternated between strength circuits in the gym and tactical drills on the field, switching roles halfway through the session. To wrap up, both groups played themed scrimmages on a small field. In the afternoon, the focus shifted back to the field, with high-pressure possession drills, offensive plays, and a final scrimmage.
An afternoon session is scheduled for tomorrow.
