It was the first day of Luca D'Angelo's second spell in charge of the Eagles, as he reunited with the squad this afternoon on the pitch at the ‘Comunale’ in Follo to resume training, with his sights already set on the next match against Carrarese, scheduled for the restart following the international break.
The session began in the video room, where the Aquile coach and his staff spoke to the team, before moving straight onto the pitch, where the Aquile undertook a session divided between fitness and technical work. The warm-up consisted of ball-carrying drills, followed by fitness exercises on half the pitch. The second part of the session featured themed small-sided games on a reduced pitch.
Another afternoon session is scheduled for tomorrow.
