Double session for the Eagles, busy in the morning and afternoon on the pitch at the “Comunale” in Follo, ahead of their home game against Avellino, scheduled for Saturday, January 24, at 7:30 p.m.
Strength training circuits were divided into groups in the gym during the morning, while in the afternoon, Coach Donadoni's men worked on dynamic drills, offensive developments, and various themed games on a small pitch. Bandinelli and Hristov trained regularly with the group, while Lapadula underwent therapy following a minor muscle injury to his right soleus.
A new afternoon session is scheduled for tomorrow.
