Spezia held their second training session of the season on the grass pitch at the “Comunale” in Follo, starting at 9:30 AM under the guidance of coach D’Angelo and his staff.
After an initial warm-up focused on muscle activation, the players moved on to ball work. Hristov and his teammates carried out technical drills aimed at quickly regaining familiarity both with each other and with their fundamental tool.
The session continued with aerobic training on the main field, with the team split into groups.
Tomorrow, another morning training session is scheduled at the “Comunale,” followed by the team’s departure in the early afternoon for their training camp in Alto Adige.
