Spezia Calcio announces that from 1:00 PM on Monday 19 October, four shirts prepared for Spezia-Gubbio can be won through the MatchWornShirt platform. The match was played on 10 October, when Mister Turati’s Aquile took the field wearing the iconic celebratory shirts for 120 years of Spezia Calcio’s history.
The celebratory kits of Limonelli, Joselito, Durmush and Cannavò will go up for auction: a chance to keep a memento of a special day for the whole Aquilotti community.
The proceeds will be donated in full to Fondazione Theodora, an organization the Via Melara Club has actively worked with since last season, and which brings its Dottor Sogni to the pediatric wards of Italian hospitals, giving hospitalized children and their families moments of play, smiles and lightness.
In this way the 120th anniversary celebrations continue away from the pitch too, because celebrating your own history also means giving something back to the community.
