The closing ceremony for the first week of the 2026 Spezia Summer Camp took place this morning at the Bruno Ferdeghini Training Centre, bringing to an end a week filled with passion and plenty of fun. Throughout the week, the many enthusiastic participants had the opportunity to develop not only their footballing skills, but also their interpersonal relationships and teamwork, under the constant guidance of the club’s dedicated Academy coaches.
Club announcer Federico La Valle hosted the presentation of the personalized participation certificates, with each young athlete called up individually to receive their diploma beneath the training centre’s packed grandstand. Parents and family members made themselves heard with enthusiastic applause as the club anthem, Non siete soli ("You Are Not Alone"), played in the background.
Joining the ceremony to present the certificates and Spezia Calcio gifts were the club’s CEO Andrea Gazzoli, members of the Academy’s management team, and Silvio Fierro, Director of the La Spezia branch of Banca Versilia Lunigiana e Garfagnana, a partner of the 2026 Spezia Summer Camp.
The event concluded with the traditional group photo, as all the young Eagles came together to celebrate an unforgettable experience. Despite the summer heat, the participants showed tremendous enthusiasm and excitement throughout the day.
