An afternoon of work at Spezia Calcio, under the guidance of new head coach Roberto Donadoni, who led his first training session on the pitches of the “Comunale” in Follo together with his staff.
Following the traditional introductory talk with the team in the video room, the group took to the field for a technical session that began with muscle activation exercises, followed by technical drills and possession games. In the second part of the session, the players engaged in a series of themed small-sided matches.
A new morning training session is scheduled for tomorrow.
